Annual returns filed with the Hong Kong Companies Registry. Business registration maintained with the Inland Revenue Department.
Annual statutory audit by a licensed Hong Kong CPA in accordance with the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622).
Profits Tax Returns filed with the Inland Revenue Department under Hong Kong's territorial source principle.
Operates under the Apple Developer Program Licence Agreement and the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.
